Body Worker · RMT Student at VACC
Karmal is a graduate of the Bachelor's of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley and a current student of the Registered Massage Therapy Program at VACC in Burnaby.
With a strong foundation in sports therapy and a passion for functional movement, Karmal is here to help you move, feel, and perform at your best. Before starting his career in massage therapy, he worked as a volunteer athletic therapist and kinesiologist, supporting athletes through game-day prep and recovery.
His hands-on experience in muscle release, joint taping, and muscle correction gives him a unique edge when it comes to treating pain and enhancing performance. Through his training at VACC, Karmal has refined his palpation and assessment skills, gaining in-depth knowledge of anatomy, muscle synergy, and a wide range of massage therapy techniques.
When he's not in the clinic, Karmal keeps active with regular weight training, men's basketball leagues, and snowboarding. He also enjoys working with youth athletes in the community, helping them build strong, healthy habits.
